“So far so good. I've only recently subscribed (3 months) but the experience so far has been great. I love how I can customise the gels based on my own requirements...but, perhaps more than anything, I love the concept of the gel...how many times do people buy tablets with good intentions only to give up weeks later as there is no incentive to swallow a pill? With Nourished you get a "treat" that you actually want to eat...which is a major bonus :)”

“Seems a very dynamic way to add extra vitamins. My problem is a tiny one of difficult absorption of vitamins so I can only get so many per month and not every month otherwise I would do so. The selection of specific vitamins is excellent so you don’t have to “one pill fits all” scenario.”

“I am 59 years old and had been recovering from a sepsis which left me feeling very tired even months after I had shaken the illness. I started taking Nourished because I liked the concept. “I love nourished. My first order was in the summer and I wasn’t so sure when it arrived but that’s the beauty of nourished. The vitamin stacks are flexible so when I wasn’t sure, I could easily make changes to suit me individually with a click of the button. With a few tweaks I was able to create a perfect stack that tastes amazing and suits my nutritional needs. I feel invigorated and energised every day. The customer service team are fantastic too and I wouldn’t ever go back! My order comes at the same time every month so I never run out and they send me email reminders so I can edit the stack if required. If your on the fence then take the plunge, I have never looked back”
