“I love the idea that you can get personalised vitamins and have to say, taking gummy vitamins is much more pleasant than taking two or three tablets every morning. Its early days to see too much of a difference, but have to say, they taste amazing. They are more expensive than on vitamins, but I'm more than prepared to pay it.....after all, what's £1 a day?”

“Some things are done very well, others are awful. First of all, I appreciate Nourished for leading the market with chewable vitamins, and to tell all the haters that find issues with the gummies that for some people it is the only way to take vitamins and if they don't like the taste, they are welcome to take them in pill form. For me, this has never been an option so I don't really bother with details. This is medicine, it's not supposed to be a gourmet meal. On the other hand, customer service is abysmal. There is no way to get in touch with them by phone and the way they handle orders is questionable at best. I have purchased the 3 months rolling subscription twice. First time, it arrived as 3 separate orders, which was great, because I had the chance to switch the flavours every month to try all of them. Oh, by the way, there is no option to sample all the flavours, so if you mess it up, you're stuck with a shitty flavour for 28 days. Also, they have a system where they deliver every 28 days, and no day sooner, which in my case has made the delivery 2-3 days late every month so I had to go without vitamins for a while every month. My OCD did not enjoy that at all. The second time, I received all 3 months in one go, without requesting that, and with no way of calling them and reversing it. That means I am stuck with the same flavour, and same vitamin roster, for 3 months, and I am out £90 in one go, which I was not ready for at this time. I know I could reach them by email, but I find it insulting and unprofessional to not be able to sort something out on the spot by talking to a real person, when I'm paying premium prices for a product.”

Hey Raluca Thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate all feedback from our customers. We have recently changed the way we send our bundle option meaning we have chosen to send all 3 orders together to ensure that there are not issues with the deliveries in between your stacks, which will ensure that there are no gaps between your orders. Also, by receiving all 3 boxes at once, means you do only have to be available to take delivery once every 3 months, so no deliveries are missed or returned to us. We are sorry for any confusion in regards to the bundle changes, we sent out email confirmation to all of our customers explaining the fantastic new way of delivering your bundle subscriptions. We will reach out to you directly to assist you further with this query

“The vitamins themselves are tasty enough but when a box failed to arrive the support was a bit lacking. They will not even look into it for 8 working days, so by the time you get replacements it’s at least 2 weeks without anything (in my case it would have been longer had I not pushed back. They wanted me to keep waiting); this obviously isn’t a major issue in the grand scheme of things, but at £30+ per month I expected a bit better.”

“I use Nourished's Plant-Based Power stacks when I'm travelling or out for dinner - the little individually-wrapped jellies are ideal to throw into my bag and make sure I'm not missing out on my supplements. Love the fizzy blackcurrant taste, and love that the wrapper is compostable. I find them great value for money as I'm not using the product every day.”

“Ordered a 3 month supply- received first batch 3 weeks ago. Very well packaged and personalised, was using other vits and supps prior so cannot say exactly if I have had a super change in my general wellness, as was feeling pretty good to start with 😃. Very easy to use, loads less hassle than having to sometimes take 12-15 tablets a day. Look forward to my Mango gummy each morning !”
