“Personalised Nourished ‘gummies’ sounded too good to be true but I have been enjoying these now for a couple of weeks and notice an improvement in my general wellbeing. Such a simple and effective way to take 7 supplements.”

“They took a month to arrive and only after a bit of back and forth with them. I was really hoping they’d be great, but they made me feel sick each time I took them. If you’re sensitive to texture at all then I wouldn’t recommend. Queasy all day isn’t pleasant.”

“Nicely packaged and good texture and taste, very similar to a soft fruit pastel. Its too early to review effectiveness of taking but assume it contains what i need and hope it has an affect on my energy n sleep.”

“I was a little sceptical at first given the price point and bold claims about the personalisation to your needs. And the results weren't immediate. But after a couple of months, my sleep and immune system are now both so much better. The product tastes delicious, is easy to fit into your routine and the customer service is fantastic too.”

“I wanted to start taking collagen for my joints as well as hair, skin and nails and found the amount of different products and information on the internet completely overwhelming and became relucatant to try anything! After reading an article from British Vogue, I discovered these gummies, something of high quality that I was finally comfortable about trying. I have only been taking them for 2 weeks and have already noticed a difference in my hair feeling more silky and strong and it looks healthier too. The gummies are tasty and come individually wrapped in compostable wrappers making it convenient to take out with you if needed. So far so good, if only they were a bit cheaper though!”

“Been on it a little longer now and can say it's worth the price still, it's imperative to helping me keep my PCOS balanced and is still cheaper (and far better tasting) than the Inofolic Alpha blend I had to take twice a day to achieve the same effect, worth it for me and worth checking out. Used customer service to change my direct debit date and they were great, delivery is always solid too”

“I started on nourished because I used to use a previous vitamin package online and was having several pills a day, most of which tasted grim. Nourished tastes good and has everything I want condensed down into a single gummy. I used to barely be able to function without a can of energy juice per day, but now I have energy and dont feel like I am riddling myself with sugar and caffeine to get that energy. I did have some issues with my first delivery, but I raised a support ticket with customer service and got a replacement box sent straight to me and have had no problems since. Likewise I do think nourished is a little on the more expensive side, but frankly the benefits of it make me feel that the cost is worth it, at least for me.”
