“I have been impressed with Nourished - not only do the stacks taste great - so are easy to take, but they can also be amended and updated to suit what you need at the time - so as your needs change, so can the vitamins. I have been using them for nearly 6 months and feel they really support my nutrition. I chose a stack to support my busy lifestyle and aid in exercise recovery, which it certainly does, but an unexpected side effect has been the increased quality and strength in my nails!”

“This is my second month using Nourished vitamins and it’s amazing! I never forget to take them and they make it so easy to change any of the ingredients! You can adapt every month and even change the flavour so you can vary!! I have been feeling a change in my energy lately, and I must definitely be the vitamins starting to take effect. Of course, it’s only been 2 months so can’t expect changes this quick, but I see improvement! It’s amazing how it just comes to my door monthly without me having to request anything, whenever it’s nearly finished, a new one arrives! It’s just the most amazing thing!”

“Great way to take vitamins, such a nicer way than having to take tablets. Sour pineapple is a great flavour. I wish you could add more vitamins to the stack though rather than the current limit”

“We have been very impressed with the service from Nourished. Our daughter, with a rather discerning taste, was not keen on the flavour of the initial stacks, and nourished worked hard to help us substitute some ingredients so she could have alternative flavours. The vitamin choices, the compostable packaging and the service have been excellent and we are hoping we can continue to purchase. Perhaps in time, with a larger client base, the price may decrease to be more affordable on a long term basis for our whole family. Many thanks to you all!”
