“I feel so much better, more focused, and energetic when I’m taking my Nourished gummies! I also sleep better and feel generally calmer. I tried so many other supplements before but Nourished really hit the spot. Plus I love taking them because they are so tasty!”

“I’ve been having Nourished vitamins gummies for a fair few months now. Although I couldn’t tell any obvious difference in I how I felt right away, but after a few months, my body started to feel more energetic, having better digestion, and so I know these personalised vitamins are beneficial. Plus, the flavours are yummy! Customer service always replies quickly too.”

This sounds about right Nanis we do advise to allow 8-12 weeks of taking any nutrient and supplements to start to feel a difference. Everybody is different it very much depends on the individual 😉. The flavours are so yummy 😋 and we are always bringing out new ones.

“The personalization idea is simply fab, and the vitamins work well (I can feel a difference). The packaging could be improved to be less wasteful and more eco-friendly, as one user has suggested, an advent calendar-style box would be really good! I do have an issue with their shipping times, however. Although I paid for my next box in a timely manner, my vitamins arrived one week late, which meant that I was left a week without vitamins! Very annoying. Customer service was good at responding, but this is a mistake that should simply not happen with a subscription service. I also wish they would create a more budget-friendly product, perhaps a cheaper 'essential vitamins' stack for people who like the vitamin efficacy but do not necessarily need the personalization. They do have pre-designed stacks but these come at the same price as the personalized ones.”

We are so happy to hear you are feeling a difference. All our packaging is completely plastic free. Our stack wrappers are made from Wood Pulp which is 100% home compostable. Thank you for your feedback regarding your shipping, we did experience some delays from the Postal Strikes. We do have The Nourished Essentials Stack available on subscription which is cheaper than the personalised option. “I think they are cool, you get to customise them and they taste good, but the biggest pro is also it’s biggest con. You could get a tub of a few hundred vitamin tablets inside for half the price, which would also have more vitamins per pill. The 3D printing aspects means you only are getting a handful of whatever vitamins you think you need. If you’re someone who knows exactly which vitamins you are deficient on then I guess it helps. Personally I’m not sure if the price is worth the value, if not for the discount it would be way to expensive. All in all I could get triple the pills and vitamins for half the price. But they look cool taste good and do what they are suppose to do.”

Hey, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We agree our stacks taste delicious and due to our 3D printing we are able to personalise to each individual. All our dosages are within the NRV guidelines, due to the pectin formulation it would absorb at a much higher rate than a standard encapsulated vitamin. It’s also made to order so would be the highest efficiency possible. We have a great loyalty programme where you can earn points for discounts. 😁

“I love nourished, I think the idea of customisable vitamins is fab! I love how easy it is to update your stacks additives and flavour. Having this all 3d printed as well is amazing! (I'm still baffled by this, but it's great.. I'm old!) I have had to pause my subscription recently due to financial reasons but as soon as I am able to resubscribe, I will do! My hair and skin were so much better when I was using them daily.”
