“Second month in and I have generally noticed a sustained improvement in my sleep, my mood and therefore my focus and energy has been extremely consistent. I would normally have a dip of focus in between tasks throughout the afternoon but I’ve found this less and less. I switched my flavour on the second month to cola and it’s a game changer. I regularly take the quiz to make sure I am getting all the right things I need at that time and it’s very easy to swap items in your stack which is great because it’s nice to try different things and experiment with what works best.”

“I always used to buy several supplements and give up on them after a month. It’s so handy having them all in one. I usually get ill and run down at this time of year but (touch wood) I haven’t yet so they must be working!”

“It has enabled me to continue a normal life giving me more energy and targeting weight loss it is working well. The only thing is the texture of the gummies varies, sometimes they are harder (which I prefer) mostly they are too soft and way too sweet. I would prefer they didn’t have the sugar type coating as this makes it too sweet.”

“There was an error with my first order and it never went out for delivery, I contacted the support team and they were very quick to respond and have a replacement sent ASAP, very grateful for this! I've been taking them every morning for a couple weeks now, they taste great and give my mornings a good boost!”

“I’m a coeliac and a year ago my bloods plummeted and my body stopped absorbing neutrients. But with a change of diet and using a daily Nourished Jelly I have change how I feel no more aches tiredness and brain fog. My bloods are great with the level sitting where theyshould. “Really tasty! Great way to take vitamins! It's noticeably more expensive than getting them individually. Because although it might cost more upfront to get individual vitamins you get 2-6 months worth at a time. Whereas here you get 4 weeks worth, not always a full month... BUT it saves the hassle of having to buy and keep on-top of ordering vitamins. So depends on your needs and what you prioritise. Also it's worth noting the 1st order takes quite a long time to arrive, maybe 3+ weeks. Aside from that it's all good. Very tasty as I said. Looks cool, they not all printed the same, some of the layers are in different order, but as far as I can tell all the ones I asked for are there in each. So if you have the money to afford these, and don't like the hassle of ordering individually, then I would definitely recommend. If I had a suggestion for improvement: I'd like more vitamin options. This is more expensive then when I got individually but I also don't get all the vitamins I want. Like K which helps absorb Vitamin-D or copper to counter how zinc lowers your copper if taken long term, things like that. Maybe also offer more layers? Like 10. That'd be nice. Overall I like it. But there's definitely room for improvement for the amount it costs”
