“First month trying these and have to say I am super impressed! I adored a mix of layers customised to my needs in the flavour sour strawberry - while you can taste that they are vitamins, they don’t have a nasty aftertaste like other brands and they do actually taste really good. I don’t eat sweets (weight loss surgery) so this feels like a real dairy treat to have. I love that have flexibility to change it up if needed each month and the price point is really brilliant for what you get. I highly recommend Nourished to all of my friends who take their health seriously. Great that they come individually packed too as I can grab one and take with me on office days without having to faff finding a container to carry in! Great work team - my new fave supps!”
