“The gummies taste so foul that I haven't been able to take them. I really tried for a few days, but they're so nasty. To be fair, the customer service was good, and they sent me a replacement order, but they still tasted the same. I had a very similar stack a few years ago, and that one tasted good, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I feel like I've wasted my money because I've not been able to take more than a few of them. They took a crazy amount of time to arrive, too.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback, we’re really sorry to hear that you’ve found the taste difficult, especially after previously enjoying your stack. I’ve taken a look at your recent orders and can see that the ingredients in your 2023 stack were slightly different from the two you received in January and February this year. As we use natural flavourings and colours, some nutrients do have a naturally stronger taste than others, which can sometimes come through more noticeably depending on the blend. I can also see that you’ve made some adjustments to your ingredients and coating for your upcoming March order. That should help with the overall flavour profile, and we really hope this version is much better suited to you. We’re also sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive, that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. If you continue to have any issues with taste or delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly and we’ll always do our best to help. We really appreciate you giving us another try and hope your updated stack is a much more enjoyable experience.

“I need to start by saying these aren’t as cheap as a multi vitamin but, thats cost not value. The taste of these are amazing but the ability to customise based on my needs and ask is what makes this a great product. I think dispatch could be issued maybe a few days earlier, i always seem to have a couple of days without whilst the new batch is coming.. Ive never needed support so can’t say how good or bad that is, but not needing support is a great start.”

Because our gummies contain real active vitamins and minerals with no artificial flavourings, some ingredients naturally have a slightly stronger or more bitter taste. We do our best to balance this with natural flavourings, but depending on the combination in your stack, a subtle “nutritional” note can sometimes come through. If you’d like, we’d be happy to recommend stronger flavours such as blackcurrant or strawberry for your next order, as these tend to mask more bitter ingredients more effectively. “I have been taking my personalised Nourished gummies now for about 2 years. I love the flexibility of being able to change then whenever i feel the need, the flavours are great, everything can be completely tailored made to my needs. They also come in eco friendly individual wraps and letterbox friendly packaging. The delivery is sometimes hit and miss. I have had a few occasions whereby i have completely missed a month. I'm not sure whether this is a Nourished issue or Evri issue but Nourished have always resolved the issues in a timely manner.”
