“Since using Nourished I’ve noticed my hair is thicker and growing faster. I used to suffer with mouth ulcers and have realised these have stopped. This is a great quality product.”

“i hold my personalised stack close to my heart. the difference i’ve noticed since taking them has been significant. i was definitely in need of so many nutrients that i wasn’t otherwise getting enough of. my only advice in terms of improvements would be to add other things such as collagen to the mix of stack layer options. they also arrive in a timely manner each month!”

“I’ve been taking these for almost two years now, my skin hasn’t been this healthy in over ten years! My asthma is improved, my stomach is so much better! I hope more vitamin options will be added in future, and I think certain supplements with bad tastes should be listed on the description, but if there’s ever any issues the customer service is honestly amazing”

“think I am in my third year now..... time just flies by when my energy levels are up and my thirst for life and fresh air is strong. Taking these has had a positive impact on my life as although I wanted supplements for my diet the thought of just 'popping pills' was uninviting. So the opportunity to sample and then continue with my daily 'nourishment' has certainly been a bonus. I keep them in a pot by my beside so that they are easily available. I open my colourful pastille as I sit down in the upstairs office each afternoon to check my emails. It is an enjoying few seconds and acts as an alternative to those sugary sweet delights. A few do arrive a misshapen but in a way it adds as a bit if fun. I am able to miss a monthly box if I am away and simply restart once I am home again. on the rare occasion I have had a query it has been resolved quickly and hassle free. Sour cherry is my thing !”

“I've been with Nourished for almost two years now. We had some delivery issues in the beginning but these all seem to be a thing of the past and almost all of my vitamins arrive on time. I always look forward to taking my stack, and treat it like my pudding after my evening meal. I've tried a few of the flavours and they are all good, although I keep coming back to my favourite - sour apple. Customer service is fantastic. You get to speak to a real person who responds quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Nourished to a few of my friends. I definitely feel better taking them. I took a two-month pause about 8 months ago to see if I was wasting my money.”
