“Always ready and on time with delivery plenty of notice given when the fee will be taken from your bank account. The jelly nourishments are tasty the right size and always a treat making them easy to stick to and a pleasure to take. They contain everything you need to keep you going. “First month trying these and have to say I am super impressed! I adored a mix of layers customised to my needs in the flavour sour strawberry - while you can taste that they are vitamins, they don’t have a nasty aftertaste like other brands and they do actually taste really good. I don’t eat sweets (weight loss surgery) so this feels like a real dairy treat to have. I love that have flexibility to change it up if needed each month and the price point is really brilliant for what you get. I highly recommend Nourished to all of my friends who take their health seriously. Great that they come individually packed too as I can grab one and take with me on office days without having to faff finding a container to carry in! Great work team - my new fave supps!”

“I definitely recommend. I was paying for iron, B12 and a probitoic seperatly and being able to group that all togethere is so great. Also it taste really good despite having iron in it which I usually despise due to the metalic taste. 5 stars no question.”
