“I can thoroughly recommend this product and the staff involved in its production … I wish I’d known about them years ago … I feel very well cared for by the team and the product is first class . “Nourished came into my life at the perfect time. Fed up with the number of supplements I was taking daily, I was on the brink of giving up. Now all I have to do is, mindfully, chew a pastel of my chosen flavour- cola being is my go-to, reminding me of my fav childhood sweet. It contains all the vitamins and minerals I need to combat ageing, my otherwise declining health and I look forward to eating it. My personalised treat with my name on it. Genius idea!”

“I’ve always found it difficult to remember to take regular pills, especially keeping up with vitamins while I’m on holiday etc. The last 2 months of taking nourished supplements, it’s been so easy to remember to take and actually enjoyable. The texture is slightly more mushy than I’d imagined but not unpleasant. The only let down for me is the slow production, I’ve had a wait time between finishing one month and starting the next, which is a shame.”

We do usually time the orders so that you should have no gaps between your orders as we understand the importance of consistent consumption, however sometimes external delivery factors can cause delays.

“So far I am happy with nourished. They do seem to take a while to come so there was a gap between the boxes. 2 months in I feel a slight change. I like that you can adapt them to changing needs. They are yummy and easy to take which is great. The stacking is kinda cool. I think I will keep going with them and think really it will be a few more months until I see/feel the full results. Thank you!”

“After seeing an ad on Youtube I decided to take the quick quiz. It was quick and easy, and I was surprised to see mention of Long Covid amidst the other conditions. As I've been dealing with Long Covid for a couple of years now, I thought I'd give it a proper go as It would mean cutting down the cost of individual supplements massively. Had an initial issue where the delivery courier damaged the package and I was missing more than half the Stacks - I contacted Heidi (customer services) and she was really understanding and quick acting to get the issues resolved. I ended up having that shipment replaced and the subsequent one at half price to make up for the issues. 10/10 service imo. Been using them for apprx 6months now, and I can definitely say that I've noticed a difference. I've had more energy and generally felt better, not 100% but my Stacks have definitely been a major factor. Recently swapped to a different flavour and changed what goes in the stack for next month, it's really easy to customise and tailor to what you want at the time. Probably gonna give some of their sleep supplements a try too!”
