“After years of going through phases of buying different vitamins and having them piling up in the bathroom and still, forgetting to take them….Nourished has made the whole process so much simpler. Tailor made for my individual needs, remembering to have my vitamins every day is no longer an issue. Easy to take (and tasty) and giving me exactly what I need to help boost my immune system and overall health.”

“I’m someone who cannot smell the standard vitamins you can get in stores which has impacted on my ability to take them. These are brilliant and have tricked my sense of smell! Even though I’ve only been taking my vitamins for a couple of weeks, I do feel like I have more energy. I am more alert, and I also think my occasional mood swings have eased! Will see how it goes for the next couple of months!”

“I have been taking the vitamin gummy stacks for a month to help with menopausal symptoms and to improve my immune system. In my last review I reported that I had no menopausal symptoms. I contacted the Nourished team and indicated that due to the menopause I am gaining weight and even though I try to eat healthy and exercise, I just maintain my weight. They recommended that I should try their new weight loss gummy that would help me on my healthy weight loss journey. I have been taking them for 2 weeks and I have lost 4 pounds (2 kg). Thank you!”

“Nourished is game changing for vitamins and supplements. It gives you the ability to tailour the product towards your needs, selecting the vitamins or minerals which are the most important to you. This is wonderfully innovative and I do feel massive benefits from nourished compared to the individual store bought versions. They make it incredibly easy to change your 'stack' should your needs change and they offer a huge amount of minerals, vitamins, supplements, etc to add as part of the stack. You can choose the flavour and it all gets packaged very nicely, with each gummie having your name on it, a nice touch. It's also very easy to take and tastes nice, based on the flavour you choose. They also give you all the info on the different 'elements' you can choose from which allows you to build based on information, instead of guessing. The one downside I have found is that you do tend to run out before your next shipment comes in. This is somewhat expected with a smaller company and since they tailor make each stack, but it would be nice if the next shipment arrived closer to the end of the month/packet - there is some logistical issues of course, nourished can make them in time but if Evri are slow to deliver, which they usually are, atleast around me, then it means you may be going days without. I trust that this will be resolved with time as the company scales. The bottom line, this is an incredible company offering a very unique and innovative product and I have felt the benefits of taking my tailour-made stack every day. I would highly, highly recommend!”

We are sorry to hear that you have had a gap between your orders, we do usually time the orders so that you should never be without your stacks as we understand the importance of consistent consumption. Sometimes external factors such as couriers/deliveries can effect our service which can be out of our control, however your feedback is extremely helpful.

“I've been using Nourished for around 3 months now and I wanted to give it some time before leaving an extensive review about how they made me feel, I've got a stack which allows me to get my essential vitamins in being a vegan and also a few others that help with my lifestyle. I've definitely noticed a difference in my mood, energy and overall feeling whilst taking these. I know that when i previously used vitamins, I would miss days throughout the week, with these, I look forward to taking them and hardly ever forget. I'm also notified every month before my next set are going to be delivered which is very convenient. They taste great, my flavour at the moment is the Sour Cola. I'll definitely continue to use this product because it's so convenient!”
