“Initially it took far too long to receive the delivery. The first package never arrived, and the 2nd package arrived after weeks of waiting. The texture is hideous - they are not gummies at all - they have the texture of paste. When I tried to cancel I was told I would need to receive a further delivery before cancelling. They then charged a further months subscription, event though I was assured that my subscription was cancelled. All in all, not something I would recommend - both the service and the product are awful.”

“I've been with Nourished for years and can't ever see myself cancelling my subscription. I feel assured whenever my box comes through my letterbox. It's such a habit and routine now that at times I don't even expect to see a box. I love the education on the different ingredients and that I can personalise my ingredients whenever my circumstances change. Truly an incredible service! When the box shape was changed to fit through the letterboxes, it was an even better service. And WHENEVER I've had an issue (not an exaggeration; literally every time), the team has gone above and beyond—including offering discounts at times. Remarkable. “I was trying to find personalised vitamins as didn’t know 100% what my body needed. I knew that I needed Iron and B12 and all other vitamins suppliers didn’t include this apart from nourished! Suffering from endometriosis means that my body goes through real main and turmoils every month. But the vitamins supplied have eased off a lot of my symptoms and I’m so happy.”
