“I Love my personalised vitamin socks form Nourished. I Have Ashwaganda in mine supporting my female health and I can tell it is working as my periods are now completely pain free. I used to suffer some cramping when I had my period but after starting my Nourished vitamins the cramps are long gone! I love that you can personalise the stacks and change them to what is going on in your life and the requirements for the body changes. The customer service is always prompt and nothing is to much trouble. Great investment in my quality of life! My delivery usually comes in just the right time when I have one or two stacks left, ensuring Im not missing out on my vitamins.”

Our stacks are freshly made and have a higher efficacy and absorption rate compared to the standard encapsulated vitamins too! “I've been using Nourished stacks for over a year now and really appreciate the difference they've made. I have consistently more energy and keeping an even weight if no longer such a struggle. My immune system has certainly improved too. I've just added the eyesight ingredient and look forward to seeing the changes it brings. Yes, it's more expensive than off the shelf vitamins (which I found less effective) but at around a pound a day, it's worth it to me... people spend more on a daily coffee.”

“I stumbled upon this company after years and years of herbal and medical treatments for pcos. Nothing has worked in 9 years for me despite trying numerous herbal remedies on top of Dr's medicines. I was desperate at this point as my symptoms were getting worse and somehow nourished popped up on my Google search which I clicked and was a bit skeptical at first as I'd never heard of it, but also the price intimidated me a little but I decided to give it a trial for a few months and I'm happy to say I will be staying on the pcos stack until they stop making them!!! This has brought me much needed symptom relief along with making me feel.more energised and refreshed, my hair was falling out due to pcos but over the past 5 months I've seen less hair fall and more hair growth. I feel less pms pains and also feel more energetic. My menses have become regular which before they were so all over the place 2 or 3 months without one but in these past 5 months I've had 4 so that's evidence in itself that these help enormously. The price of these vitamins is nothing compared to the effect they give on my body just wish I had found you sooner!!”
