The idea of having personalized 7-layer nutrient gummy stacks, crafted just for my health and lifestyle needs, sounded too good to pass up. Taking the quick 2-minute quiz on their website felt like stepping into the future of personalized nutrition. It was simple, insightful, and tailored just for me. Since I’ve started on my custom nutrient stack, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I sleep. Gone are the nights of tossing and turning, staring at the ceiling, hoping for a few hours of rest. Now, I sleep through the night with a calmness I hadn’t experienced in years. Plus, the flavor? Absolutely delightful. It’s a little treat I look forward to, making the routine of taking vitamins something I actually enjoy. However, there’s just one tiny hitch in my Nourished experience - the texture of the gummies. While I was expecting something gummy and chewy, akin to the candy gummies I relish, these are a tad softer than I’d prefer. “Nourished has made me consistently take my vitamins. There's something about the squishy little lump in it's own packaging that makes it a delight to take vitamins – one of the most boring tasks in the day. It's like unwrapping a present every morning. I decided to stop at one point because I thought it was too expensive – I ended up buying vitamin pills that have just been sat on my countertop. No one wants to swallow pills. Nourished is worth the money for making me change my habits alone.”

“I used to take about 7 different capsule supplements and knew that ingesting that muvh chalk/capsule casing probably wasn't great. I really liked the idea of the gummies. I was a bit concerned that they would give me stomach issues, especially with the HTP I chose, which hasn't agreed with me in the past, but they're fantastic. No digestion issues, great taste, easy to get all my supplements in one go and I enjoy eating them! Would definitely recommend. Also very happy that the wrappers are biodegradable.”

“I was so excited to try these as I've definitely been lacking in the right vitamins. It's only been 3 weeks but I am definitely seeing a change in my brain fog. I choose the sweet strawberry coating but I don't find it masks all the vitamin flavour so I must have a strong flavoured vitamin in my stack but it's still edible. Haven't seen much of a difference in my sleep yet but it hasn't been very long so will wait and see. I really struggle to swallow tablets to this is definitely a better solution for me.”
