“I had a month trial of Nourished after filling in the quiz and getting 25% off. I put that I was prenatal but, unless I missed it, there didn’t seem to be any reference to that in the stack that i was built or any of the info so I was unsure whether that had been taken into consideration or not. Because there are certain supplements that are unsafe/not recommended in pregnancy it would be helpful to make reference to this in descriptions if prenatal/pregnant women are part of the intended customer base. I have decided to stick with my preferred prenatal multivitamin because, while it isn’t a gummy, it doesn’t have any fillers, it has a more varied profile than seven supplements and is about a third of the price (even with 25% off Nourished) which is more in line with what I can afford to spend each month.”

I have enquired about getting 200 personalized mini packs ahead of my sales conference, but have not had a response -8months later I also think you should allow an easy option for bi monthly personalized packs vs monthly (which I find too frequent) I look fwd to a response Alex Hislop”

We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. “Just ordered my new All stars Collection protein box, love all the flavours however the wrapper smells like 'meat' considering it's a plant based protein bar, I don't understand why it smells like meat?”

“Think the protein bars are great - really like how you can customise your flavours and have a subscription to them. I think it would be really helpful if they had a bar code you could scan into macro / calorie tracking apps like my fitness pal - this would make it easier to log it. think the texture is nice, it's not as chewy as other protein bars - they can often be quite a jaw workout to eat. the flavour is good, can be a bit repetitive when eating the whole bar, but so is any protein bar. (apart from the grenade white chocolate salted peanut protein bar - that one is SO good) maybe the topping ingredients could be a bit moister to help with dryness? side note not related to the protein bars - but the stacked vitamins - can these be smaller? i don't particularly enjoy eating them, find them a bit of hard work - if they were smaller it would be a bit easier to manage”

As a brand new product, the bars would not have yet been loaded into such trackers, however, this feedback is very helpful! We also appreciate your feedback in regards to your personalised stacks. We are unable to make the stacks smaller, however, you can bite bits off and chew, instead of consuming the stack in one bite. This may be more beneficial to you. ❤

“I thought the whole process was very mechanical which left a distasteful feeling when i received an email stating that my order was in the printer. Not a very nice visual to me. My order was received in tact as i live in a HOT part of the country, so nothing melted. Each jelly was individually packed with my name on it and the taste was good. I will not order again, as the visual of getting “printed” vitamin jellies was very distasteful to me.”
