“Taste and texture is really good starting to see the results my skin looks better my sleep is much better and feel like I've got more energy, I have taken many supplements over the years and feel these are a better quality choice.”

“First of all, the quiz is very insightful and easy to navigate. Once completed you are given a range of recommended vitamins and nutrients which are customisable, for example I already take zinc so I took this out and replaced it with Beta Glucan. This was easy. The flavours are interesting, I won’t say tasty, I feel regardless of the flavour it doesn’t taste great, but it makes it palatable. Overall a good product.”

Thanks for the 5-star review James 🤩 We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓 We love that you are enjoying your personalised Nourished stacks and found the quiz so useful too!

“I've been using these vitamins for over a year and am a big fan. Nourished stacks are a great way to individually tailor the nutrients I wanted and needed. It's fantastic that I can change up the stacks when I need, so in winter I add Vitamin D for example. And starting the day with a tasty sweet is much nicer than swallowing lots of tablets.”

“The vitamins can be completely tailored to your liking. I'm vegetarian so I specifically asked for Iron and B12, the rest was an added bonus. You can change your subscription at any point aswell, which is great. I've experimented with cognitive function and improving my sleep. Both have been very effective. I would highly recommend these vitamins if you can manage the slightly hefty price tag.”
