“Honestly, when everyone, including myself, caught the flu recently, I was the only person not to take time off work sick and I think it’s down to these vitamins! They taste great, are convenient and I love that I can tailor and change to my needs!”

“Nice tasting vitamins that target numerous things in one vitamin rather than multiple. I haven’t noticed any positive effects on my health though yet but it’s only been 3 weeks.”

“So far it seems good but (i assume the iron) is a bit hard on the gut so i will try another stack without it and see how that ends up working for me. Other than that i think its been doing a decent job even if i havent taken it everyday”

“Tastes nice enough but not really sure these make any difference whatsoever, possibly to my hair and nails but suspect that is the gelatine or whatever holds it together and I'd get the same impact from eating Haribo!”
