“Taste average and too sweet. After about 10 days, the gummies start to taste noticeably stale.”

Hey Laura Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, We do usually advise to allow 7 working days, not including weekends/bank holidays for your stacks to be freshly made just for you. The stacks then do need time to set before they can be packaged to ensure the best quality. We offer our sincerest apologies for the delayed delivery of your order. We understand that time is of the essence, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are currently reviewing our delivery processes to ensure such delays are minimised in the future.

“The product is very well designed and made. The quiz is so helpful in educating the user about particular vitamins and supplements. It tastes lovely although the texture is something I had to endure. Saying that the benefits far out way this small negative. It's worth noting that their customer service is excellent too. The initial delivery took a little longer than expected but considering the personalised nature of the stack, this makes sense.”

Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual

“Since it's been 17 days since I ordered and 2 weeks since my order shipped, and 1 week since the last tracking update on my package and I still have not received my vitamins, I can't really give an honest review yet. Customer service has been prompt, but over 2 weeks to get an order (even if from overseas) seems a bit excessive. I might recommend other methods for shipping. I really hope I get my order and don't have to end up asking for a refund.”

We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon!

“I have only been using these for 2 weeks however so far I can say that the customer service is awesome if you have any issues they answer straight away and even follow it up later when not expected. I read reviews that said the texture of the gummies were strange, I don't find this at all. The citrus sweet tastes nice and the texture is just a soft gummy. So far so good. Will keep buying.”
