“I really wouldn’t be without these nourishing gummies: as a non-meat eating, menopausal fitness freak it’s almost impossible to get everything I need from my diet. I’m starting to see a genuine improvement in my skin, hair & mood!”

“At first I was sceptical about Nourished because the vitamins are 3d printed and let's be honest aren't as affordable as other multi-vitamins but I thought I'd give them a try as all I heard was positive reviews. I'm less than a month in with my custom Nourished stack and I can already feel the benefits from taking my bespoke multi-vitamin which is produced specifically with my needs in mind. All I can say is yes they are expensive but they are totally worth the price. They come packaged really nicely and with biodegradable packaging (nice touch for the environment). They taste fantastic as well - I honestly didn't think they would taste as good as they do. Just got to remember - 1 a day! Its not a sweet its a multi-vitamin”

“My experience to date has been great overall: - I feel that the pricing is very competitive at just over £1 per day equivalent for each vitamin - The packaging of the vitamins is compostable which gives the product genuine eco-credentials - My one and only experience of customer service so far was really good - very quick response, polite, and flexible (my request was to pause subscription temporarily)”

“This is by far the best way to get all the vitamins you want daily. No more sifting through bottles taking up way too much space. Nourished is compact, cost effective and a more enjoyable experience. Extremely convenient with delivery to your home. I live in the USA so delivery does take some time, but they ship your next month early enough to not lapse on your vitamins. Seriously, it’s the best.”

“Just started on a health kick and these feel like a positive little moment each day and help remind me to be thoughtful about what I am eating. Taste is fine (I went for sour apple) but great that they are not loaded with sugar and that packaging is compostable - a big plus for me. Took one star away due to the high cost but otherwise very happy.”

“I got nourished to help improve my skin. It's naturally really dry and rough. I picked all the skin options when selecting what was important to me and i have to say that there is definitely improvement to my skin texture and appearance. It also happened very quickly. I had only been taking Nourished for about a week and as I was exfoliating my skin, I looked at myself in the mirror and noted that my skin actually looked half decent for once. I thought it couldn't be the vitamins, surely, because i'd only been taking them for about a week, but the vitamin gummy was the only change to my routine and there's no question about it - my skin is definitely improved.”

“I ordered a month's worth of gummies after seeing an ad offering a huge discount for the first month of vitamins. I did not realize that I had been signed up for a monthly recurring purchase until I got a payment confirmation a month later. As a broke college student I can't afford to throw $60 away on something that does not benefit me. When I emailed customer service asking them to cancel my order and refund me, they responded saying they were unable to. The texture of the vitamins is awful (my girlfriend gagged when she tried one) and I have not noticed any difference in mood, energy, focus, hunger levels, or any other markers of my wellbeing from taking the gummies. I will not be purchasing again.”
