“Background: I am an amateur ambitious triathlete, focusing on middle and long distance. This year (2022) I was aiming for an IRONMAN PB of sub-9:30h in Copenhagen and was looking for supplements that would help me in a variety of aspects - but especially with my performance, recovery and immunity. I came across Nourished, picked the elements that contributed to the goals above and I took one stack per day (yummy cola coating) for 6 months. My energy levels have been amazing, recovery and performance improved significantly and I managed to hit 9:25h in Copenhagen. Then I thought “I’m paying £35.99 per month for this, that’s a costs that I’m not so sure about, especially ahead of the potentially costly winter time”, so I paused my deliveries. Believe it or not, I actually saw a significant drop in my three key areas - granted, a big chunk of that drop was expected after an IRONMAN, however I am adamant that a sizeable part was due to not taking my Nourished supplements. I’ve now accepted that the cost is a must for me and it’s an investment into achieving 08:59:59 next year at IRONMAN Barcelona. Really valuable product.”

“Really enjoying my nourished subscription. Nearly 4 weeks in and I have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. “I've been a customer of Nourished for around a year. I really enjoy taking my vitamins, they feel like a snack rather than having lots of pills every day! I've most recently tasted the protein bars, which they kindly sent me a taster box to try. I did find the fruitier bars delicious. I've read through other reviews around the bars, I think maybe some confusion and comparison to the non vegan alternatives out there. I personally enjoyed them. Customer service is always helpful and delivery on time.”

“I have saved money and precious time from the first month. Between my husband and I it was so daunting and expensve to research every month what was on sale and how much of the supplement was really in the gummy etc. With Nourished it has all been done for us... simple. We prefer gummies to taking pills and in the US it is sometimes tough to find your supplements in gummie form with correct dosage and all natural ingredients. The customer service at this company is obviously held to a high standard because they have been amazing on responding and offering guidance. So very glad to have found you!”
