“Very easy to set up and easy to order, the quiz and options to create your own stack is awesome especially if you want to do different mixes of stuff. Which i like to do, try different combos and see what my body responds best to.”

“Bought these for my daughter as she is pescatarian. She seems to be enjoying them only on our first month. Each vitamin is individually wrapped which is great as easy to pop in your bag if going away. Only thing I have found is that I needed to write the date on each wrapper as she occasionally missed a day. Great that I can do this as with a bottle I’d have no idea.”

“I’ve been using Nourished for over a year and love them. It’s a convenient, fun way to get the vitamins and supplements I need and I feel like I have more energy and get over minor colds and the like quicker than I used to. I really like the initial questionnaire that helped me figure out what to put in the stacks to achieve my goals - a great place to start for those who aren’t sure. And now I’m able to modify the stacks to flex with changing priorities as I learn more. Definitely recommend giving it a try!”

“Way too big for a child. My daughter is 6yrs old and she gags when eating it. I also have to cut it in half, so she eats half in the morning and a half at night but with lots of tears and fights before she would swallow it BUT it does seem to help her immune system and she hasn't been as fatigued as she usually is before taking them! As much as I love them, I do wish you could make them smaller and more palatable for kids.”
