“I've only been taking Nourished for a short while so can't fully comment on its effects (hence 4 stars at the minute), but I love how you can customise what goes into it so you can get all the stuff you personally could benefit from. I also really struggle taking pills so these are great as you can chew them, and I have the cola coating so they taste like Im having a treat which also satifies my sweet tooth at the same time. Win, Win!”

“Sadly, my first box was lost in transit, of course not a fault of nourished, however, the way customer service responded was outstanding, not only was Kate pleasant and helpful, my order was remade and shipped out the same day! On arrival, my stacks were well packaged and I couldn’t be happier with my first subscription, I’m sure as time goes by Nourished may find a new delivery partner and then they will have truly nailed it!”

Being able to change what's in the stack, the flavour of it (Sour peach is my go to atm) whenever is really handy and really easy to do. Definitely feel like they've helped me feel more normal again! “They arrived promptly and nicely packaged. The taste isn't amazing, but it's fine (strawberry). Each of them seem to have a different colour profile, which makes me wonder if they actually have the same ingredients 🤷 Too early to tell if they work as I've only had them for a month. Will keep going for 3 months to give them time to work then decide if I want to continue.”
