“I ordered two of the same product and only one arrived. I rang customer services who could only apologise as there was only ever one product in stock and someone should of informed me at the time but never did. Consequently I had to find another present very quickly.”

“Excellent service and lovely product. I ordered two items a short time before Christmas and worried as the names of my nephews were to be engraved on the blades. BUT arrived astonishingly quickly with engraved names all correct and looking very stylish. Many thanks”

“Great service apart from it was a Christmas present for my husband which was obvious as I had the item Ingraved and he now knows what he has as you put your tape all over the top of the envelope! Would have been better if you had used plain tape !”

“Great service/delivery. Would have given 5 stars except the picture of the mp600 Bluntnose pliers needs to be updated to represent the item you recieve, the same goes for a previous purchase of a mp600 bladeless noted on an earlier review.”

“I purchased a Dime tool from Gerber for my sons birthday, he works on the tracks for network rail, He found the tool really useful to have in his pocket at work, especially as they have to cut open a lot of thick plastic bags which track ballast is delivered in. Unfortunately, he managed to damage the knives hinge bending it back a little bit, I returned it under the lifetime guarantee and it was replaced with a brand new dime without any messing about, including the custom engraving. I have now bought him one of the more industrial multi-tools for Christmas as I guess the dime is probably not quite rugged enough for railway duties! But the thing is, its when things go wrong like this that a supplier shows their true colours. Gerber store stepped up and did what they promised without any messing around. In fact, the dime proved so useful and the service so good I have bought a few more of them as Christmas presents for others I happily recommend Gerber store all the best”

“Very happy with the multi tool itself but very disappointed with the packaging. I paid for the blade to be engraved which obviously meant that they needed to open packaging. It arrived to me cellotaped up but looking pretty rough. For the price paid I expected it to be boxed to be honest.”
