“I’m really glad that I found this company is online, I had never heard about them before then. I was looking for a particular colour for a KitchenAid hand mixer, which they had in stock and which was at a great discount compared to other sites. It was great that they were able to offer third party payment plans which meant I was able to purchase the item straightway even though I didn’t have the full amount. Didn’t have to wait long for it to arrive. I was kept informed of the delivery date via emails which helped. The couriers that used delivered my package intact and handed it to me at my door. Would definitely buy from this company again and have added them to my favourites.”

“Amazing product was so happy with it when I redo it! However nowhere did it say on ordering that the billing address and delivery address had to match meaning we had to order it and cancel it numerous times before ringing and then telling us (even though we had rung them about this previously) But was worth it in the end”

Miele then decided to change this to 6 bottle sets, (3 of each). However, this does not apply to the sensitive sets which remain at 5 bottles with ourselves and Miele. “Easy to navigate website, prices very competitive and I took advantage of the special offer, fast delivery..but!...I take offense to the £12.00 delivery fee, I live in Scotland, it is not a remote part of the Scottish highlands!, so I won't be using again”
