Amazing. My product arrived the next day which was great. Fabulous customer service. I called and spoke with a polite, professional person who gave me all the details I needed. I will definitely buy from them again.

I am dispappointed that the multi packs now provide equal numbers of ultraphase 1 and ultraphase 2, as i always run out of phase 1 quicker than pahse 2. Th ratio was perfect before

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review, it is much appreciated. Miele changed these detergents to six-packs in 2022 due to the change in demand. I would suggest considering purchasing individual ultraphase ones or twos to balance your washing needs if you are finding you are using more of one detergent. It’s difficult to review this as I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have had emails saying that you are awaiting stock, so communication is good. Maybe it said you were awaiting stock when I ordered it, if it did I didn’t notice if it didn’t then maybe you should add this to the website to manage peoples expectations.

Super that you stock all the Miele products but it would be five stars if you did not use Royal Mail to deliver. They take days and days to make the delivery - a courier such as DPD or Evri woukd be next day.

not sure yet - product hasn't arrived as was expected multiple erroneus and conflicting emails from dhl who claim they tried to deliver but did not!

I have purchased this under pressure because you have to use the F& P filter (£50 each ) to maintain warranted. You can buy an equivalent filter on Amazon 3 for £30 both do the same job.

Ordered item @0845 on 24 May. Still not with Royal Mail on 29th - delivery maybe not until 30 or 31st at earliest. Poor service at higher cost than direct with Miele. Postage £1.00 more with Gerald Giles than direct with Miele (4.99 as against 3.99), so unlikely to use Gerald Giles again.

I ordered the items prior to 3pm on a Friday afternoon and paid £12.99 for Saturday delivery. This did not take place and the items were delivered on Monday, with no apology or offer of my delivery charge to be refunded. I will have to contact the firm myself and request a refund.

Item arrived very quickly and quality very good except product turned up with Scratches on the top of the gloss. Some making it look like the his was owned prior and damaged and returned.

The service was excellent; the toaster arrived the day after I ordered it. However, the toaster I ordered was cream but the one that arrived was red so I need to send it back.

Unfortunately the unit arrived but was not functioning correctly. The business tried to support technically and offered replacement units as one selected was ex display and out of stock. Decision made to send back and refund. Would not deter me from using then again

Unfortunately the machine I purchased online is no longer available so I have had to order a slightly more expensive one , would be an idea to update the website before taking customers money I don’t know when the new machine will be in stock so can’t write a proper review

Ordered the tray on the understanding that it would be next day delivery. The following day received an email saying that the order had been misplaced and woul be delivered the following day. Apart from that the service was ok but their fault meant that I was unable to use my microwave for 24 hours.

I purchased the top of the range Miele washing machine £1370.00 when I rang this company/shops to speak to a salesperson to ask questions before purchasing ,,online sales person did not like answering questions then hung up on me I must've asked too many questions clearly that man needs more training, I purchased from this company because of the locality I needed a local supplier for a heavy delivery washing machine Delivery men, polite and courteous next day delivery can't complain at that The item arrived in perfect condition. Purchased this item online this doesn't mean the customer does not require a paper receipt for their purchase. Yes there is an online receipt.do I print it myself I can't print it because I don't have a printer. Typical online service ,,customers require a full printed paper receipt specially at these prices this is also the requirement for the two year guarantee

Shop was very helpful indeed - thank you. We were a bit disappointed with the technician and perhaps in future they could have more knowledge of this product. He was unsure about using the turntable and the clock on the radio/radio was set an hour slow. You were probably well aware that we are not up to speed with technology but a family member was able to sort things out for us. We are, however, extremely pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend you to anyone. Thank you.
