“I ordered this item through your website but after receiving no confirmation email I telephoned. To be told, 'oh, that item is out of stock'. When I asked when your company planned to tell me this, I got a mumbled non-answer. When I asked when your company planned to return my money, I got a 'I'll get that organised but it'll take 3 to 5 days' mumbled answer. The only reason you got one star is that I can't give you none!!”

Having looked at your order, I can confirm an order confirmation email was sent to the email address listed on your order within five minutes of your order being placed. You were then sent another email the same day at 13.18. It may be these are in your junk file, or your email address we have is incorrect. The item you ordered was listed as 'available to order' which means we were waiting for stock to arrive. Our refund policy states any refund will be credited within 3-5 days. “Good communicaiton and my toaster arrived well packed. I oprdered a KitchenAid toaste3r which I ahve had before and absolutley love. My favourite thing about it is that if you don't take the toast out when it's done it automtaically lowers the toast back down after a few seconds to keep it warm.”

“Purchased a Blomberg dishwasher from Gerald Giles online. Unfortunately, it needed replacing soon afterwards. An engineer visited and confirmed he would recommend replacement as the machine was so new. Within 3 days I was contacted to say a replacement dishwasher would be given and it was installed the next week. I cannot fault the service I received from Gerald Giles/Snellings. I would like to add how careful and helpful the installation team always are. Thank you.”

“Ordered this and was sent a message to say it would be delivered on Saturday we are now Tuesday and nothing Not impressed with delivery I reported this to Snellings and sent photos of the detergent and within a couple of days I received a replacement which was better packed and in great condition. The customer service was amazing Thank you for a great service”

“Used you lots of times and usually Very happy - BUT disapointed ordering on site with - 20% Discount Offer- when at checkout, no option to enter "Code" and therefore paid normal price. Still not arrivedbut do APPRECIATEit's Easter. All said & done, will use again.”

“It really is a pleasure to buy things like laundry detergents and washing machine cleaners, sometimes you for get these things if doing a shop in town, so I am very pleased with Gerald Giles!
