“Great service as usual. Only thing did say free shipping but no option to do this so had to pay for shipping”

“Incredibly brilliant customer service which seems to be so lacking these days. I have to admit, I would usually use John Lewis for electrical kitchen appliances, but after trawling through their website and going round in circles and still being unable to find the answer I was looking for I thought I would try Snellings / Gerald Giles who are based locally in Norwich. I spoke to David Smith the Sales Manager, on several occasions, and when I explained we wanted a new tumble dryer for our cellar, he actually asked questions about the location / temperature etc. to ensure we purchased the most suitable appliance for the location. It was so nice speaking and dealing with an actual person who cared about what he was selling and was professional & helpful throughout. Thank you - I don't think I will ever go back to John Lewis!”
