“It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received my order. Appalling service, especially this close to Christmas”

Thank you for your review Ankush. You were advised when you placed your order, that we were expecting delivery at the end of November. Unfortunatley scheduled deliveries of stocks from our suppliers are delayed sometimes and this is out of our control. As requested your order has been refunded in full. “Friday evening ... discovered freezer had died. Blofield showroom 11.59 on sat 26th ... lovely chap phoned to see if they had a chest freezer in the warehouse ... delivered and in situ by 4 pm the same day. Fantastic service. Thank you.”

“Second time purchasing online. The first was a little worrying as my item didn't arrive the first time but was quickly sorted after I contacted them to chase.
