Always helpful and reasonably priced when purchasing Meile products However yesterday our delivery went to the block of flats at the very end of the Crescent where we live, the occupiers in the ground floor flat number 1 kindly walked about a thousand yards and dropped off to me the Gerald Giles parcel which was sent by Royal Mail, this is bad end service by Royal Mail to drop off at a different location, we in a large detached house addressed correctly and with the correct postal codes all in bold print, hope you take this up with your delivery service:

SGG are a great to do business with, excellent customer service, however their choice of courier DHL does let them down. Twice now I have been told a delivery will arrive on a certain day and needs to be signed for, then on the day at the last minute a message comes up saying won't be delivered that day. If you have made arrangements to be in to receive the parcel this is very annoying. I am considering cancelling my auto subscription and only making one purchase a year!

Bought new TV online, purchase went without a hitch, delivery arrived on date stated with a 15 minute phone call warning. Was a little unsure about delivery men, they did not fill me with confidence, did not feel that the functions were very well discribed and didn't feel able to ask questions. I am an older person and this TV is more high tech than I am used to. Luckiy I have a friend who come round and explained things to me.

Simple, easy ordering and quick delivery. I ordered the black Dyson V11, it arrived within a few days. Can’t fault the ordering process, delivery arrived within specified day/timeslot. On unboxing, there were a few scuffs to the black pile of the V11 which I’m not overly impressed about for a brand new product. Unfortunately as my other hoover had already gave up on me and I didn’t want the time or effort of contacting customer services to arrange a return/refund I have kept it.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review, it is much appreciated. We are sorry your new V11 is scuffed. This product was brand new unboxed and as it arrived from the manufacturer. Typically Dyson vacuums often have 'dust' residue which is part of the manufacturing process, as vacuums are tested during this process. Often markings on the plastic areas are joints which is also part of the manufacturing process. We would always look to replace a damaged item following delivery. Used you lots of times and usually Very happy - BUT disapointed ordering on site with - 20% Discount Offer- when at checkout, no option to enter "Code" and therefore paid normal price. Still not arrivedbut do APPRECIATEit's Easter. All said & done, will use again.

I received my product I love it. The box was damaged but the product not. I would definitely use Gerald Giles again. Saving up as we speak.

Item arrived on day stated. Unfortunately it was delivered to another person within the company. No name on the label. I would advise that the addressee name is put on the address label.

I have used this group for over thirty years and still am pleased at the professional attitude. Their website is fresh, responsive and well updated and maintained. My most recent purchase was a Kitchen Aid item that was on promotion. The process of buying was simple and the dispatch and tracking worked as expected. The item was well packaged and arrived in the agreed deivery time. In person visits to Gerald Giles' shop has always been a pleasre and informative. I can recommend them for service, stock levels and knowledge.

Product is excellent. Service was great. Packaged very well so arrived safely. The reason for loosing a star is because you can’t open the package easily at all. No thought given to that. If you are frail or have arthritis in your hands etc you will like me have to ask someone else to open it. And I had to wait and ask my husband who said as he was trying to open it, imagine a frail older person trying to open this, he had to tear the box open.
