We do like to 'keep in touch' by email from order to delivery, to keep our customers informed. However, following dispatch from us, you should have received confirmation that DHL had your order, along with a timeframe advising you when it would be out for delivery. It certainly should not have been left in your garage. We do insist our orders are delivered to the doorstep only, to be received by the customer. This will be raised with our courier partner as this is not acceptable. We hope you this will not deter you from using us again in the future.
