“Just bought a KitchenAid Stand Mixer and an additional glass bowl. I'm extremely happy with the order, the delivery service which was on time and of course the price. Called customer service to check on a point and they were very helpful and polite. This is the first time I have heard of and used Snellings Gerald Giles, but am sure it won't be the last time. The whole purchase & delivery experience was worry-free and I would recommend them without reservation to others.”

“Excellent service - I had a problem paying by ApplePay. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (cannot remember his name) was sooo helpful and he even made a courtesy call confirming my order and payment. “I bought this food processor from Snellings Gerald Giles as not only was it a fantastic price but they were local to me and I needed it quickly for a Christmas present. Having called to see if they had it in stock for collection, I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who said they could despatch one on a next-day delivery which suited me perfectly. Having then placed my order online, within minutes confirmation was sent through and I had a notification from DHL that they were expecting the parcel. It duly arrived the next morning around 11.00am. Great service, helpful staff and great prices, I will certainly be using them again!.”
