“Absolute rubbish and no use to me . Photo and box clearly show the actual mixer and package only has attachment . Absolutely disgraceful”

Our website does state the contents of the pasta shape press that you purchased: Package Contents 5KSMPEXTA Mixer Accessory 6 pasta discs Stainless Steel cleaning tool Storage case However, we have taken on board your feedback and will update all KitchenAid attachments with a clearer message, that the KitchenAid stand mixer is not included. As you have stated the item purchased is of no use to you, our customer service team will be in touch to arrange a collection, free of charge and a full refund. “Ordered my soundbar which was quickly dispatched. Price was very competitive and I struggled to find it any cheaper. Shame the delivery partner didn't deliver even when the item was out for delivery but no negative regarding Snellings Gerald Giles. They were excellent and would gladly buy from them again.”
