“Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered in the morning and received my food processor the very next day. Also, it was the best price on the web, even beating Kitchenaid. I have used my new processor a couple of times already and love it. It took a while to get used to stacking the cartridge and tidying the accessories away, but I got used to it pretty quick. A lot quieter than my old ancient Kenwood. The pulse is a bit of a shock as it’s quite noisy Will definitely be shopping here again though ❤️”

“I was really impressed by how fast Gerald Giles processed my order for a KitchenAid Ice Cream maker. I place my order at 4pm and had the parcel in my hands at 3.30pm the next day. The price I paid was most competetive and they included a free book on Ice cream making as well. Will definately shop here again.”

“As usual a distress Purchase. Our £590 4 year 3 month old Miele machine died on us at the end of the week and we couldn't wait for parts from Germany. We made an appointment for an engineer to visit using the Miele website and were provided with an engineer from Snellings as their 3rd party engineer. We were visited within a couple of days and given the disappointing verdict that the LED powered Touch Control Panel had died. The Touch LED Control panel died and we were told that replacing that Motherboard and possibly the main board could cost almost as much as the original machine so a replacement machine was the only option. I ordered a replacement machine from Snellings website while the engineer was still here but later found out someone else had beaten us to the draw. Snellings did their best to find an alternative Bosch machine and refunded the difference between the machines very quickly. It was not the exact match but good enough and matched the spec of the outgoing Miele. Installation took place within two days of order as we really needed to have a working machine quickly. They arrived after calling us 30 mins ahead of time and installation was quick and clean. The machine has been working perfectly and the cost of the extension to a 5 year warranty was a reasonable price. We are glad to have found Snellings as we were previously regular customers of Hughes. This relationship has now ended following their treatment of my parents who must have been one of their longest TV rental customers. They rented their first TV from them in 1960 when I was 4 years old and it was not until 2015 they decided to buy a new Samsung TV for over £600 exclusive of a warranty extension. At the time they bought the TV they asked if they could buy the existing DVD/CD player and associated stand. Even though these were quite old this was refused on the grounds that they could rent them out again. The Samsung TV failed after about 4 years shortly after the extended warranty expired as they never received the renewal notice so it was out of warranty. Hughes refused to do anything to repair the TV despite their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states that customers have a reasonable expectation of a product's durability based on the price, even denying that it even existed. Once I found out about this I wrote to Robert Hughes, the son of Jimmy Hughes, who my father had been a good friend with during the 1950's as a young man, even going on holiday with Jimmy in his car to Europe in the early 50's. I wrote to Robert Hughes asking him to intervene and right this wrong but received a reply effectively sticking a finger up at me. Since then we have boycotted Hughes except for buying the Miele which was a distress purchase too and no alternative but to go to them. Now that we have found Snellings we intend to make sure they get our future business as they are a family firm covering Norfolk unlike Hughes who now cover East Anglia physically and the rest of the UK on the Internet. Furthermore I found that the price of the New Machine had been dropped £70 on the website from the price we had paid, so picked this up with Snellings who explained that this is often a normal practice for prices to drop at manufacturer discretion on a daily basis. However they stood by the reduction in price on the web and made a further refund. Our 12 year old Panasonic TV seems to be having some issues in picking up a signal through its HDMI cable according to the Virgin engineer who came out and kindly left his contact number saving the need to go through Virgin's call Centres. Having seen the OLED screens in a Hughes we were forced to look round we need to be look ing for a new TV and will certainly be using Snellings. Better Service all round from a Family owned small business,”
