“Never had a bad experience ordering from Gerald Giles. I usually order Miele washing liquid and dishwasher detergent when on promotion because it is a big saving. Ordered and delivered to my door within 3 days free of charge. That doesn’t happen at many places. Buy local support local business.”

“Have purchased from Snellings Gerald Giles before and have never been disappointed. The order was despatched in good time and the package arrived with no leakage. I was kept informed of the progress of my order. The items aren't cheap but they are Miele products, although I feel regular customer should be offered a good discount.”

“Great service. Just wish you used a shipping service that allows "leave in a safe space" as having to be at home to receive deliveries because a signature is required for a few bottles of washing liquid is a bit drastic.”

“Have dealt with Gerald Giles previously. Recently purchased a Neff oven. Telephoned the company originally and the lady assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant. Subsequently called into the store to view cooker and the male assistant likewise was very helpful. The cooker was delivered a week later as required. The delivery staff who installed the cooker were very efficient and professional. The cost was cheaper than a competitor. Great service. Thank you.”
