“I order Miele detergents and accessories from Gerald Giles regularly - they often have offers on so I stock up. My recent order was damaged in transit and after contacting GG they were quick to sort the issue out and send a replacement- thank you for such great customer service”

“First-time buyer. Excellent service. The order was placed on Thursday and arrived the next day. I was expecting 3-5 day delivery. I had a query when the order came which was dealt with promptly and customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.”

“I wanted to support a local business and found the company on a search. Excellent unpressuried product advice when placing my initial order and later I wanted an additional item added to the delivery no problem. Plus being offered a Saturday delivery slot was a real bonus. The delivery and installation of my goods was so smooth the guys were great, professional and very tidy. I experienced nothing but excellent customer service and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I recently purchased a Dyson Pure Hot + Cool™ Purifying fan – HP00 from your Ber St Norwich store. I wanted to move air from a sitting room heated by a wood-burner to other parts of my home. Placed strategically and on a setting just below that which the heating element turns on it does the job very well, gently, silently and economically. It will also keep us cool in summer moving air from cooler parts of the home into the large south facing sitting room with a very large picture window. It’s a win win for us and although it wasn’t cheap its worth the expense. The two sales staff were so helpful in helping me decide to buy they deserve a big thank you. I’m thinking of upgrading my smart TV. G.G will be my first stop.”

“John Lewis used to be my go to place for electrical goods but for my last two purchases I have gone to Gerald Giles. Customer Service is so good and the delivery men so very helpful. Would recommend Gerald Giles to anyone as all the staff are very friendly and knowledgable.”
