“Edit: had a problem with delivery (Royal Mail) when I bought a gift for a colleague. Customer service were incredibly helpful and arranged a redelivery. Very happy with this service.”

“Had an issue with original order contacted using their email system had a quick reply within an hour or 2 saying. A replacement would be sent out and not to worrie about sending the faulty item back! Had in within a couple days.....very happy !”
