“Great service. Shopped around last weekend and ended up here on Saturday, Tuesday I had my built in washing machine installled. I also saved £90 buying here rather than going to another large retailer. Thank you and Will be back.”

“Got my Washer Dryer, installed the next day after buying! Also got my American Fridge Freezer from here. Nothing is any trouble and all of the staff are very friendly. If you are considering buying definitely go to Genesis. They also beat the price of 2 large online companies so I’m a very happy customer!!”

“Bought new washing machine from Workington branch. Arrived a few days later because it was not in stock, said it was when I ordered it. Machine arrived with front panel damaged, why was it not in its packaging? They arranged a technician from Hotpoint to change it had to wait a week for him. Easy fix, but shouldn’t have needed it. Guys fitted machine no problem. Pleased with machine, easy to use, good price. Need a new cooker next, sadly I won’t be buying from this branch.”

“Ordered a fridge freezer from Genesis as was the cheapest place I could find it online. I knew it would be a lead time to get it, around 4 weeks. Was kept up to date on delivery, spoke to customer services as they managed to obtain earlier and fitted the delivery around my holiday. Would recommend to anyone and would buy from again with no hesitation.”

“I have never had service of this level ever before! Keenly priced with free delivery and countless phone calls to me to smoothly arrange delivery. I didn't once need to call genesis, they were in constant contact and kept me updated on the progress. Liam is a credit to the company, his customer service is impeccable.”

“When I discovered Genesis Home Appliances Ltd, it was the beginning of a wonderful customer service experience. Firstly I was just so happy they had the item I required a smaller than normal integrated oven - I had searched high and low for one this size.
