“Ordered a new oven online. Got a call almost immediately to arrange a survey to make sure the oven would fit and it was installed the next day. They also took away the old one. Definitely recommended (although I hope I don't need another new oven too soon).”

“Bought my cooker from Genesis, one I had not been able to obtain. Good communication from them along with photos of the cooker. Living in the southwest was not a problem and the carrier fee was not extortionate. Excellent service, followed up by two after-calls to check cooker had arrived. Thank you Genesis for your great customer service which can be a rarity nowadays.”

“Order placed online on the 23th of January for an oven, that the website had told us was in stock and available for delivery. Only to hear AFTER I bought it that it wasn't actually in stock, not only that but it wouldn't end up being back in stock and delivered on the 5th April (72 days later) I was offered numerous times to pay more for the item id already bought and it could be sent quicker as they could get it from another source, this was not acceptable. Im very happy with my product, but I was very unhappy with the purchasing process and the time it took.”
