“GEM have received high praise and reviews in various online sites including Which? They offer a great price for cover. The online joining process is quick and simple, they cover cars of all age which is important to me. Have not used them yet - that will be the REAL test.”

“Having had problems with the AA & RAC with their hidden auto renewal policy. It was very refreshing to join GEM with their honest and fully open policy with no hidden extra's you didn't want. Up front clear discount and with cover for any normal size car or bike of any age. Well done GEM. Haven't used their Breakdown yet but I'm confident they'll be ok. So my rating is for honesty of purchase policy and benefits offered only. ????”

“Realised I had let my breakdown cover lapse by a few days. It was so quick and easy to set this up. Very reassuring, and I liked the various options available. Very happy!”

“How they made me happy? What does that mean? I've only just joined 'cause they were the easiest to join but won't know if they're any good until I call them out. Thought I'd try them though as AA and RAC have been not too reliable in the past.”

“I can only refer to the ease of joining, as its only about 1hr since . However i was with Gem several years ago, and on the one occasion i needed them the service was excellent.”
