“It is not clear on the application page if cover is provided from home on either Extra or Reclaim. A 1/4 mile from home is repeatedly mentioned, but not From Home. The text on all pages should be clarified. A common breakdown will be at the home address eg failure to start. To not cover this for either service is useless.”

Thank you for your comments. Both our policies Recovery EXTRA & Recovery RECLAIM cover you for breakdowns at home. This information is available on our website, so would be grateful if you could let us know your user journey so we can investigate further as to why you were unable to view this.

“As a brand new member it's a little difficult to write an honest review at this point. What I can say is that the site was easy to negotiate and the price is very reasonable, also the ability to arrange repairs/recovery with local companies seems a very good thing for me (living in the far North of Scotland). If I ever needed to use the service that would be the time to leave to leave a more in depth review.”

“If you want a straightforward breakdown cover GEM have a nice easy website to go through without all the options that the leading companies offer (thereby putting up the cost of their cover, unnecessarily so for what I was looking for). Hopefully I won't have to use GEM but I will not have spent a fortune for having peace of mind that they are there if I need them.”
