“Found joining Gem very easy and using there portal to print documents have been a member about 10 years ago and found them to be very efficient so let's hope nothing has changed now I've rejoined.”

“We cannot praise your service enough and thank you for prompt help over the phone. Our car wouldn’t start and the very kind man who came within an hour of us calling tried to get the car mobile to no avail. A recovery vehicle came straight away to take the carto the garage of our choice as work had previously been carried out there. Wonderful service all round....Thanks again we are very grateful for all the help.”

“I have been with GEM for 20 years I took a break as cover was included with my new car. When I renewed it the phone was answered promptly and the lady was very helpful and explained everything very well. She was friendly and very efficient.”
