“Not looking after loyal customers. Discounts to join, price hikes to stay! Don't get it. Not offering Defence Discount Card rates. That said, having used them for relay they came through OK, still doesn't excuse their poor business ethos.”

“I have been a member of the GEM Breakdown Service for a number of years, I have always found the service very good, Although on one occasion the breakdown operator told me I needed a new alternator but I went to my local garage they said that the readings obtained from the alternator were perfectly adequate.”

“All OK so far, covers my car and bikes plus trailers and also can be used in an accident unlike AA etc. Not had to use it yet thankfully !”

“We have had to call you out a couple of times and on each occasion everything went very smoothly and we were brought back home in one trip from the location of the incident.”

“Does what it says on the tin. I have used it on a few occasions and it worked very well, paid the man, submitted my claim and received payment by return of post. Great service and all at a very reasonable price.”

“We've been with GEM for a number of years and whenever we've needed them, which thankfully isn't too often, they have provided a first class service. They have always been prompt and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. I'd highly recommend them.”

“Luckily only had to use them once so far but was very impressed with the service they provided. They were very quick to answer the phone, very reassuring and got help to me within one hour. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact my husband has transferred his breakdown cover to them.”
