“I have been a regular member of GEM Motoring Assist over the years, ceasing membership only when a change of vehicle includes the manufacturer's own breakdown cover. The procedure to identify the type and cost of cover appropriate for my needs was simple and straightforward because I am familiar with the types of cover available. Similarly it was easy to take out the appropriate cover online, stating the relevant commencement date several weeks hence. Email confirmation of membership was forthcoming almost immediately.”

“I like the package, but I cannot for the life of me understand why I have to pay more to renew than if I start afresh on-line. Why not reward your loyal customers with at least offering them the best price you have. After all, you have incurred all the costs of sending me a renewal, and now you have also incurred the cost of having to treat me as a new member. Makes no sense to me!”
