“Joining was really easy took 5 minutes to put in my details online and pay with my debit card. All straightforward. Email confirmation arrived immediately. Hope if I have to use them everything goes as easy.”

“Easy to understand personal breakdown cover, with a bonus that any age of car is covered as long as it has a valid mot, is taxed (if applicable), and is insured. Website is easy to navigate, and you can pay by PayPal. I have only just joined, and hope that I do not need to use them for a long time!”

“I've just taken out a policy via the telephone. I particularly liked the fact the phone was answered by a person, not a multi choice recorded message! Paula was very helpful and receives a 5 out of 5 rating.”

“Been with GEM for many years and have no wish to change. During five decades of driving and having used most of the other recovery firms, they are the best. Excellent customer care with competitive rates. A classy company!!”
