“A little difficulty with the website at first - probably finger trouble on my part - but how refreshing not to receive a pile of leaflets about car, house, drains, travel insurance plus apps for this and that. All very straightforward and simple - thank you.”

“As I have only been a member of GEM for a few days, I’m not able to comment of the company’s breakdown recovery service as I have not used the facility yet. However I was particularly impressed in the way the cheerful and knowledgeable member of staff handled all my questions before I agreed to take out the cover.”

“Very easy and straight forward to sign up and the service on offer is very comprehensive so if you compare like for like what GEM offer it is excellent value. I cannot see the point in signing up for some of the in theory much cheaper options as this is about peace of mind and covering the person rather than the car....”

“Signing up was very simple and didn't take long. The wording in what is included is very straight forward and made easy to see exactly what is included and what isn't. Haven't used the breakdown recovery of it yet, but fingers crossed it is as simple as the signing up process.”

“Simple sales process. Competitive price compared with previous provider. Can't judge the effectiveness of the service at this stage. As with all insurance products I hope I don't need to call you.”
