Hi I was very impressed with the effort your team made to organise my cover at short notice BUT although I paid in full and was assured that cover started today , Sunday 26 June I do not have any paperwork to show I have the cover . I had agreed to email but still no paperwork . I leave home to pick up the car tomorrow Monday 27 June @ 6.00 am and have no documentation in case of an incident. What now?

Your web site was very easy to use, there seemed no fuss at all ... nothing over complicated in the forms to complete. I very much like the SMS message reminding me to save the Emergency number, and best of all the value for money I am paying. So a big thank you!

Your products are simple to understand and meet the needs of the vast majority of motorists. Your website was easy to use and, having joined, I discovered that I am eligible for member benefits, which is an added bonus!

Only experienced joining on line and this was quick and easy. Found out all I needed from the Web site and was happy with the price for what they are offering. Received emails with info straight after submission ...so far so good!

Used the service after a breakdown in the last 12 months with an acceptable outcome. However, upon renewal a 10% premium increase is difficult to justify with inflation rates so low.

The amount of coverage as opposed to my previous supplier is quite startling especially considering the low cost. I am delighted with everything being offered. Many thanks.

As a GEM member (but not of the Breakdown service) from reports I have read in the magazine and elsewhere I realise that it is an excellent service. I enrolled for the breakdown service online last evening, I chose and paid for Reclaim. However when I printed off the literature I was most confused. What is Recovery Extra? Will my vehicle be transported to my home if a garage is not open or unable to effect a repair? Recovery must take place at the same time as the call-out, but you will not know if the garage can repair the vehicle so how do you get recovery back to home? If I am driving a hired car do I request Recovery back to the point of hire as the rental company may wish to carry out the repair? Do I still pay my annual membership subscription to GEM for my copy of Good Motoring. I think I need to telephone you as I have more questions.

I phoned,on the pretence of Which magazine ratings,the conversation i had was very helpful,explaining everything i wanted to know,without being too pushy,off course the price certainally helped,all together a pleasant experience,which makes a change!.
