“Never actually had to use service last year so can't comment on that. How wasy renewal price 10 pounds higher than that of a new customer? Signed up again as a new customer needless to say”

“GEM were absolutely brilliant in getting our car recovered when our brake caliper locked on and the car would just not move. The car was in the garage within one and a half hours after calling the helpline. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“I have yet to use/need your services, so cannot give a rating. However, concerned to find such a hefty increase in fees for the forthcoming year. How can you justify such a rise? Having pressed the submit button I find that I have to leave a rating, which is annoying in the circumstances. Hence a poor one!”
