“It was a very quick, concise process, and well priced. It could have potentially given a brief 'policy summary' sheet during processing to give a clear, exact and concise view of what the consumer was purchasing. I found myself going backwards and forwards making sure I was getting the policy cover I needed compared to other suppliers.”

“Have not have to use the breakdown cover yet ,but it was very easy to sign up and what did like with gem is covers you if you run out of fuel(some dont) and it for you , not just the car .Also the app idea looks great so you dont have to explain where you are ,what i think for most people it is hard to explain where you are even if you know the area let along if you in area you dont no .”
