“I just joined and it was a very easy experience. I was searching for a provider that focusses on service rather than just going on the basis of price. Have not used the service yet but I am hopeful I will not need to and if I do it does not require a 6 hour wait for a flatbed like RAC did a few months back in central London.”

“Have used GEM before for many years and only cancelled because we bought a car with breakdown cover included. They were always quick to send out rescue and paid up very quickly . Prices are very competitive, would definitely recommend.”

“Joining Gem Motoring Assist was very straightforward. I chose them because they were the only rescue service that would help if I fell ill or injured myself and could not drive.”

“I have been a member for several years now and have called out Gem a couple of times , both times a great response. The only criticism I have is when the time comes to renew , new customers get a discount and the loyal, faithful fraternity don’t ! Not sure why that is, surely loyalty is paramount to a company such as Gem. Therefore I become a new member every year ! You know it makes sense !!😂”

“Sorted cover out on line in about 5 minutes having spent about 30 minutes on the phone to Green Flag. Their quote was £285, I was therefore please to pay GEM only £107.68 for myself and my wife.”

“Easy to get the information needed and set up a policy. Although an app is available it would also be useful to have a self-print card that can be printed out and carried by the user or put in the car.”
