“You wrote to me on the 19th of March saying my policy would soon be due for renewal then within days we were in lockdown! Now I am using my car a bit more I decided to renew my policy yesterday. I spoke to Peter and he was very helpful. Because I am on my own now Peter gave me an emergency number to ring, just in case I need help. Peter was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you GEM, I hope I won’t need your services, but I feel happy in the knowledge that you are there if I do.”
