“I chose GEM because there cover is very straight forward and easy to understand, need personal cover for car & motorbike and they are highly rated.Joining process very quick and straightforward with an App to store your details. Hope I don't need them!”

“I have breakdown cover which thankfully I have never needed. I phoned to insure my Motorhome for European travel. And was told they never have covered Europe. The web site clearly states it does. I am now covered by Red pennant for Europe. Perhaps staff training is in order.”

“Joined this roadside breakdown cover because it covers me, not a specific car - and now I have two. Also because it’s better value for money than Green Flag was to me after 20+ years of loyal custom. They did try to ‘retain’ my business when I called them to cancel, but I told them, too little too late. GEM seem to have good reviews so I’m looking forward to never needing their help ;-) ... but who knows what the future holds.”
