“Looking for a breakdown cover for myself and my wife, found this company was number 1 on the JD Power ratings - the process was very quick and painless on line - the options given were well explained, hopefully I will never have to call them - but the customer service so far is very good.”

“GEM have rescued me on a number of occasions - they have always kept me in touch with who's coming out, timescales have always been correct, reimbursement of garage rescue costs has been within 48 hours. Brilliant all round!”

“been very pleased so for with my service have been a member now for a year had to call out 2 times for puncture due to my car not having spare . modern cars . they came out on time and sorted very quickly .”

“Our previous breakdown cover had expired as we had both overlooked the renewal date due to illness. They would not cover us for 48 hours. So we looked for Other firms and yours was the best we found. As it is our first day of cover we will contact you the first time we need to call upon your services. It was so easy to join online.”
