“Purchasing the GEM product required was quite easy to do online, the main thing however is how good the service from GEM is when your vehicle breaks down and sometimes online reviews just refect peoples' experience on how easy the product was to purchase.”

“I was sent my Direct Debit scheme in an unsealed envelope, which means anyone could now have access to my bank details, name and address. Was not happy.”

“Very clear and concise information and excellent cover at a very reasonable price. Researched on theirs and a few 'compare' sites and GEM covered all bases. I feel assured that should I need to use them then I will receive the service they promise.”
